Please ensure you have heard back from the architectural review board before starting your project.
Additionally, we recommend that you additionally check with Fairfax County to see if you need permit(s) for any construction. If you are required to obtain a permit, we ask that you include a copy of the permit with your request for approval to the Architectural Review Committee.
