The Terra Grande Community Association (TGCA) is overseen by the resident elected board. The goal of the board is to foster homeowners' pride in the neighborhood and encourage a sense of community. In doing so, we hope to increase our property values. Each member of the board is committed to making the Terra Grande Community the best subdivision in which to live.
The TGCA Board of Directors relies on volunteer community members to manage community affairs and oversee the TGCA's policies as outlined in the Community Information and Policy Manual. We're always looking for new individuals interested in serving on the TGCA board; only requirement is an interest in the Terra Grande community. Any interested parties can contact the current TGCA Board of Directors for more information and confirmation at our Semi-Annual and Annual TGCA meetings.
